+Which package should I take?
Go by guest count first. Under 150 is Basic, 150 to 400 is Standard, 400 to 800 is Premium and above that Grand. If the food is already arranged, Tent Only covers just the structure. If you are between two, take the smaller one and tell us the real number - we would rather add than have you pay for space you do not use.
+Are these prices fixed?
They are starting points. The final number moves with your menu and how much has to be built at the venue - a flat lawn and an uneven field are different jobs. You get an itemised written quote before anything is booked, and nothing is added to it afterwards.
+Why is the generator not in every package?
Because it is sized to the actual load of your lighting, kitchen and sound, and that is not the same for two functions of the same size. A fixed generator cost in the package would mean some people overpay and others get one too small. It is quoted with the rest.
+Can I mix things between packages?
Yes. Take Standard and add VIP seating, or take Premium without the live counters. The packages are a starting shape, not a fixed menu.
+What if my guest count changes after booking?
Tell us as early as you can. Two days before is manageable, two hours before is not - kitchens plan in batches. The tent size can usually be adjusted later than the food can.
+Do you charge extra for Mohali or Panchkula?
No. Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali are one working area, so there is no travel charge anywhere inside the Tricity.
+How much advance do you take?
An advance holds your date and the balance is due as agreed. Both amounts and both dates are written on the quote before you pay anything.
+Is DJ and sound included?
No, in none of the packages. We do tent, structure and catering. Sound is a separate trade and we would rather say so than half-do it.
